The first thing people notice
about you is your face. Whether it is your eyes or your smile, you are constantly aware of the impression you make on other people. When wrinkles, sunspots and other evidence of aging become more noticeable as you age, cosmetic plastic surgery may be the answer.

With plastic surgery you can turn back the hands of time. You will feel younger and more vibrant. Please read more about some of the procedures that we offer that can help you look and feel years younger.

Facelift

Over time, the long-term effects of gravity, exposure to sun, dry air, and general stress takes its toll on an individual's face and neckline. Jowls can develop under the jaw line with folds and fat deposits. Sometimes creases begin to form between the nose and the mouth.

A facelift can considerably reduce these signs of aging by removing excess fat, tightening the underlying muscles, and redrawing the skin around the neck and face. Facelifts can be done alone, or frequently performed in conjunction with another procedure such as a brow lift, eyelid surgery, or nose reshaping. If your problem areas are limited to the neck, a more conservative procedure, known as a "neck lift" will be recommended. In some cases, a facelift can reduce the outward signs of aging by ten or fifteen years.

Browlift

A forehead lift or "browlift" is a procedure that restores a more youthful, refreshed, and cheery look to the forehead, eyebrows and upper eyelid areas. By removing excess skin and muscle, the procedure corrects drooping brows, improves the horizontal lines and furrows that can make you look angry, sad or tired, and tightening the skin of the upper eyelid. The incisions are well hidden along the frontal hairline or in the hair, and with the use of an endoscope (a small camera that allows the procedure to be performed with minimal incisions); the incisions are almost impossible to see. The particular type of incision to be used is dependent on your goals and desires. Also, a forehead lift is often performed in conjunction with eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) or a facelift to provide a smoother, overall balanced look to the eyes and face.

Blepharoplasty

Droopy upper eyelids and puffy bags under the eyes can make you look older and more tired than you feel. "Blepharoplasty" or eyelid surgery is the most commonly performed facial plastic surgical procedure.

By removing small amounts of excess skin and fat one can transform the eyelid region to a more youthful and refreshed look. If you are wondering how eyelid surgery can improve your appearance, you need to know how the surgery is performed and what to expect.

The upper eyelid incision is hidden in the natural crease of the eyelid and is barely perceptible. Small amounts of skin, muscle and fat are removed to recreate a youthful eyelid crease and fold. Most lower eyelid incisions are made within the conjunctiva of the eye, thus preventing any scarring on the skin. Fine wrinkles can be addressed by laser resurfacing. The surgery usually takes around an hour, and many patients elect to have both the upper and lower eyelids addressed at the same time.

Rhinoplasty

Surgery to reshape the nose is among the most common plastic surgery procedures.  This procedure can reduce or increase the size of the nose, remove an unwanted hump, change the shape of the tip or the bridge, narrow the width of the nostrils, or change the angle between the nose and the upper lip.  The procedure restores an improved balance between the nose and other facial features. We take great care to achieve a natural result and to avoid the "surgical" look .

laser skin resurfacing (lsr)

Laser skin resurfacing is an aggressive semi-permanent approach to wrinkles and skin irregularities.  The outermost layer of skin is removed with the laser.  Healing occurs with significant correction of wrinkles, tighter, firmer skin, and less pigment irregularities.
